Collect or gift a one of a kind handmade and original painting of the Canyonlands National Park!
This miniature painting was motivated by Southeastern Utah. As a traveler, I was in awe with the Utah landscape and the painter in me wanted to capture the beauty of the red and orange canyons, the brilliant blue sky, and textured desert plants.
When I was back in the studio, I wanted to recreate the canyon rocks with a mix of acrylic paints and embroidery floss.
For the final touch, I mounted the canvas painting to an open floating wood frame which I hand sanded, stained with American walnut color, and weathered with a warm gray chalk paint.

100% cotton duck canvas.
Sprayed with a matte finish as a protective layer.
